Stays shorter than a week can be accommodated (minimum 4 nights) when circumstances permit. Please use the contact form to request the rate for your chosen length of stay.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% of the full amount is requested once your booking has been mutually confirmed, with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Please be aware that summer-time fog can occasionally disrupt flights and winter weather can occasionally delay ferries. You will appreciate that if for any reason you are unable to take up your booking, you will be liable for the full cost of the accommodation unless we are able to re-let. Cancellation insurance is relatively inexpensive and protects you from the unexpected.

If you are interested in staying for longer periods out of season, perhaps on business, then attractive terms are available. Please contact us for details.
